WARREN, Mich. (AP) - Police in a Detroit suburb say a ringing cell phone gave them the evidence they needed to arrest the man who stole it. Warren police officers confronted 18-year-old Loyd J. Thomas at a CVS pharmacy after a resident reported someone trying to enter his home before dawn Tuesday.

A 38 year old Onondaga man is in jail, facing negligent homicide charges. Police in Jackson County say Clark David Huff hit and killed James Banister on May 19th. Banister was driving a garden tractor on the side of the road when the accident occurred.

A man who claims he was molested by a priest in the 1950's speaks out today. Last week his lawyer announced a $225,000 settlement from the Lansing Diocese. The Diocese says they did agree on the settlement, but say they are not admitting the incidents happened.

18 year old Lloyd Edison Allen has a felony warrant for dangerous drugs. Allen is 5-7, 135 pounds. 44 year old Steven James Belknap is wanted for first degree home invasion and failing to appear in court on a criminal bench warrant. Belknap is 6-1, 190 pounds.
