Impression Five Science Museum - (517) 485-8116

If you live in Lansing and haven't been here then what are you waiting for? Its hard to believe that such a good museum exists here in this smallish town; its really that good. The best field trips I had while young, revolved around this place. Even as an adult I still enjoy a semiannual visit here. I only wish they would update their exhibits a little more periodically.

I grew up going to Impression 5, and now take my kids. This place is fantastic, with lots of activities for all ages. Many of the exhibits look like games, and kids love them. Admission is usually free duroing the Silver Bells festival. Check this one out!

You have to go to this museum. If you are an adult, you will love to see your kids explore all the different things they have to offer. Alot of the local schools take their kids on fiels trips here. The prices are a little high. They do offer group rates. You can even have parties there and they do special activities with the kids.
